Cooking and eating good food has always been one of the great pleasures of my life. On this site I've tried to assemble some of my favorite recipes, both so I can keep track of them myself and so that others can share them. I've also included some cooking tips I've learned through the years, and links to other recipe and cooking sites that I enjoy.
I think I first became interested in cooking due to starvation. No, my parents did not do this, but I would be home alone and get hungry. One of my first specialties was a grilled hot dog wrapped in a tortilla and then all grilled together. Yum!
I would consider my specialty to be Southwestern/Mexican/BBQ. I am from Texas after all. |
